Fit 4 Life Online Quiz Evening

Fit 4 Life Hampshire are a UK based charity, helping support young people with their physical and mental health. We support many young people, helping to give them the skills to manage their emotions.

We are hosting an online quiz evening to raise funds for our continued work in and out of schools.

Many schools experience major budget cuts, and a number of the families we work with have single parents with little income, so we ensure we raise funds to make sure our important work continues.

The evening will consist of a quiz, with an online competition with the chance to win a prize, as well as updates about the work that we do.
